Qualifications:
Post Graduate/ graduate pursuing post graduation
Experience:
6-7 years of US healthcare experience. With minimum of 4 years in supervisory position. Minimum of 2 years as an assistant manager. Must be handling team leaders/Assistant managers directly
Prerequisites:
• Team Span: 40-50 People
• Hands on experience on (production, quality, people, process, team and relationship- Management)
• Client Interaction: Should be handling client communication at mid level managers level on the client side
