Job description:
• Manage, motivate, coach and lead business analysts and virtual team members to capture business needs quickly and effectively
• Manage, plan and guide multiple concurrent work streams of business analysis, leveraging best-suited methodologies and practices
• Work closely with the AVP – Physician Business Unit to drive improvements to the business analysis process and procedures
• Help to ensure business requirements and defined deliverables are aligned with long and short term business objectives
• Champion, communicate, and take personal ownership of the team’s success criteria, and establish measures, metrics, thresholds, and targets to drive performance in alignment with the Business Analysis team plan along with the business strategies
• Help to ensure the business analysts role, processes, and procedures are known and understood by other departments
• Identifying trends on the COGNOS implementation
