Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager – US Health Care Training

Qualifications:
Graduate

Experience:
Minimum of 3 years experience as an AR caller and analyst, and two years experience as a trainer

Prerequisites:
AR/billing training specifics, need to have good knowledge on payers, report generations, people handling skill sets

Job description:  
Train batches of 15-20 members on ongoing basis, preparation of training calendars and documentation, timely inspection of training schedules, innovative facilitation skills, and continuous evaluations of on-the-floor candidates
