
Process Associate / Customer Service Billing Representative
Sunrise, FL
Responsibilities:
• Correct and timely follow-up on Workman's Comp and commercial insurance
• Make outbound calls to insurance carriers and patients to obtain insurance information or claim status
• Perform duties associated with re-billing and collections of non-governmental claims in accordance with best business practices
• Follow-up on non government claims
• Correct claims for continued processing
• Identify problems and solutions or enhancements to solve billing issues
• Communicate issues and offers suggestions to management to improve patient accounts
Job Requirements:
• 3-5 years work related experience
• Must be self-motivated, organized and able to work autonomously
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects, activities and deadlines
• Ability to develop relationships at all levels
• Ability to work positively and productively in fast-paced environment
• Must abide by HIPPA regulations in regards to confidentiality
• Must have a high level of detail and attention to accuracy
• Ability to interact with clients and company professionals with mutual respect and professionalism
• Become and remain knowledgeable on the third party intermediary systems used to process claims
Education Requirements:
• High School Diploma
