Full Mail Room Services
Apollo Health Street provides full mail room services from our state of the art fully secure facility in Georgia. We handle mail delivered directly to local PO boxes as well as mail forwarded from customer locations. A strict chain of custody is maintained from mail box through to data capture with all activities performed within a secure and completely functional operating center. Our services include both incoming and outgoing mail solutions, completely integrating the mail function within an overall data capture program.
Document Preparation and Scanning
Apollo document preparation and scanning services include the capability to handle both standard and non-standard forms (including RX receipts that require special handling). Documents and prepped according to customer specific business rules and are scanned and saved in the required image format (i.e. TIFF, PDF, etc.) using state-of-the-art, high-speed Kodak® scanners. To ensure the quality of the final image, scanning operators visually monitor the capture process and rescan if the image is illegible, askew or if pages are missed. Scanning counts are reconciled to mail counts to ensure high quality, with daily reports provided to validate the process.
Our service center offers temporary on site storage of documents and transport to long term storage or secure destruction as required.
Image Indexing, Storage, & Retrieval
Apollo professionals capture customer specific data elements from scanned images and assign indexes that will allow prompt and efficient image retrieval. Apollo uses Onbase imaging, indexing, and retrieval software. Indexing rules are customer specific and images can be integrated within a customer’s storage solution or within Apollo’s secure repository. Images are delivered to customers via a secure FTP site and can also be transferred via DVD. Images maintained with Apollo’s storage solution are retrieved and viewed via a secure web-based application.
Key from Image Claims Data Capture & EDI Conversion
Apollo’s proprietary key from image software enables accurate and efficient data capture utilizing a split screen automatic scroll data entry tool. Our quality assurance professionals validate all data fields to ensure the highest quality output in customized 837 file formats.
OCR and Verification Services
Apollo professionals can efficiently conduct the rigorous verification required to ensure accuracy from OCR tools. We can add a layer of quality that makes OCR an effective tool even under the most challenging environments.
